- I've signed up for the wait-list, when will I receive an invitation to subscribe?
Invitations to subscribe are sent out the end of every month when we are able to take in more subscribers.
(Please refrain from signing up to the wait-list more than once!)
**Don't forget to check your spam or promotions section as our emails can sometimes end up there!
- Once I've subscribed, will I receive a kit every month?
Hooray! You will now be receiving a W.I.N beauty kit at your doorstep each month. Once you have subscribed, charges will automatically be processed each month to keep your experience with us simple and hassle-free.
How can I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe to our monthly kits, please reach out to us at info@WINbeautykit.com
We will follow up with an email shortly to confirm that your request has been received, typically within 1-2 business days.
Please note: Your request to unsubscribe must be submitted before the 1st of the month, or else you will still be receiving that month's kit as your final kit.
** Example: If you would like to unsubscribe for October, requests must be made before October 1st **
When do kits get shipped out and when will I be charged?
Our kits are shipped out on the third week of every month.
There will be a charge on your card made to What Is Next LLC on the 13th of every month.
Is there a tracking number for my kit and how long does shipping take?
We are glad to provide your tracking number upon request! Please reach out to us at info@WINbeautykit.com, with the subject "W.I.N Beauty Kit tracking request" and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Once shipped, kits generally take 2-4 business days to reach its destination. Be on the lookout for one of our signature metallic bubble mailers!
How do I go about changing my shipment address?
For all address changes, please email info@WINbeautykit.com with your name and desired address for shipment.
Which postal service do you use?
All of our kits are mailed via USPS (United States Postal Service).
What if my kit is lost during transportation?
Unfortunately, we are unable determine what has happened to the kit once it leaves our hands. Please contact us at info@WINbeautykit.com if it has exceeded 5 business days since your shipping confirmation and we will work with you to resolve this issue as efficiently as we can!
(Disclaimer: What Is Next LLC is not responsible for lost packages once it has been checked in by USPS, unless we are able to determine that there was a shipping error on our part. Please reach out to us as soon as you are aware that your kit may have potentially been lost!)
Do you ship outside of the U.S?
We currently only fulfill shipments within the U.S.

I loved my sample. How do I get a hold of the full-sized item?
Our product features will always contain a link to the direct website, where you will be able to purchase the item.
